Refund & Return Policy – Dhunakshee

Thank you for shopping with Dhunakshee. We strive to provide quality products and a great shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are not eligible for return.

1. Contact us at dhunakshee@gmail.com to request return authorization. Include your order number, the product details, and the reason for the return.
2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Ensure the return authorization details are clearly marked on the package as instructed.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Where applicable, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
4. Approved returns must be sent to:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The credit may take 2–3 days to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.

If you have not received your refund:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, if applicable, as processing may take time.
3. Contact your bank to check for any additional processing delays.
4. If the refund is still missing, contact us at dhunakshee@gmail.com.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at dhunakshee@gmail.com for instructions.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Certain health and personal care items
• Other products excluded under the eligibility conditions stated above
